At Bournemouth Bootcamps we are incredibly lucky to have a very well equipped gym, an outdoor sheltered balcony area and access to playing fields right on our doorstep.This allows us to take full advantage of our central location to put on multiple services for our members throughout the day, whatever the weather. 1-2-1 Personal Training

1-2-1 personal training is the best way to get our coaches undivided attention. Your chosen coach will tailor individual training programs to suit your needs and will track your progress accordingly, making sure you achieve the best you can. Whether you're looking for a coach to tailor specific training to your goals and demands, or if you are looking for some extra motivation, 1-2-1 coaching will provide you with the most unique training experience and the best results. Complimentary Consultations. 

1 hour: £30

30 minutes a week: £20

1 hour split into two 30 minute sessions a week: £30, £15 each. 

45 minutes: £25

Block booking for 10 sessions: £300, Plus a complimentary consultation when starting & a free 1 hour 1-2-1 session.

At Bournemouth Bootcamps we are extremely lucky to benefit from our own personal training studio, kitted out with everything you need to get fit, strong and lean. We also have access to a covered balcony and the Meryick Park playing fields, giving up more than enough space to provide amazing group training sessions with a variety of exercises in any weather. If you're wondering how group training can be so effective, check out the following 5 points as to why it can be so effective: 

Motivation - You no longer have to train on your own, struggling to motivate yourself. Instead you're pushing yourself alongside others with a dedicated and active coach pushing you all the way.


Variety and fun Doing the same old routine over and over can feel dull and mundane after a while, but group fitness classes emphasise variety, providing an always-fresh level of fun whilst still getting you in shape. 

Accountability - Just like personal training, group training sessions hold you accountable for turning up and putting 100% effort into your workout.

Support - Both your trainer and your fellow participants are there to support and assist you throughout your entire sweat session. This support group can be just what you need to power through your workout, push yourself a little bit further and reach your health and fitness goals.

Cost Group training is a way of getting directed, effective coaching at a fraction of the cost of personal training. It is also a great way to get into fitness and becoming a healthier version of you without the hefty costs associated with long term personal training plans. 

We will limit our bootcamps to 12 people per class to make sure you get the best out of it!

Olympic Lifting Classes (LIFTIT)


Led by experienced, qualified coaches, we run two courses; The Clean and The Snatch. The courses aim to take you through the foundations of the lifts and how it can transfer across to other aspects of your fitness and sports goals.
